2440 Families to Receive Properties in 2019-2020

At the joint sitting of the parliamentary committees held earlier today, Maia Tskitishvili, candidate for the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, strongly accentuated the significance of ensuring appropriate living conditions for displaced persons, noting that this issue remains one of the major challenges for the government of the country.

“Providing the internally displaced population with descent living conditions still remains one of the most important challenge,” said Tskitishvili, adding “Our Ministry is actively working on building new residential houses for them. In 2019-2020, 2440 families will receive new properties in Zugdidi, Kutaisi and Tskhaltubo.”
