The Tbilisi Civil Court has ordered GEL 50,000 bail for former Financial Director of Rustavi 2 TV Broadcaster, Kakha Damenia.

The court ruling has just been announced by the judge Ekaterine Kulashvili.

In addition, based on the motion of the Prosecutor General's Office, he was banned from crossing the state border without informing the investigating bodies.

Kakha Damenia is accused of embezzling Rustavi 2 property.

The Prosecutor’s Office said that he is accused of violation of a large amount of property rights of the Rustavi 2 broadcasting company.
