Coca-Cola Employee Arrested
The police have arrested a civilian with the initials M.T, DoB 1981, for stealing a large amount of money from the office of Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia, his employers.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has reported that the detainee robbed the safe of the office located in Tbilisi, 133,000 GEL being the exact amount of money that he stole. The now-detained M.T. walked away from the scene of the incident immediately after committing the crime on September 14.
Official information claims that officers found the full amount of stolen money while searching the car of the accused.
"An investigation is in progress under Sub-clause B of Provision IV, Article 177 of the Criminal Code of Georgia,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia said. The detainee faces 6 to 10 years imprisonment.
