Beeline Continues to Successfully Implement Modern Digital Platforms
Platforms already employed by Beeline include Medallia, Facebook Workplace, Lever, Talmundo and CrossKnowledge.
Beeline’s been successfully using the online platform CrossKnowledge for over 6 months now. The platform allows employees of the Company to undergo mandatory and optional trainings, including the ones aimed at the development of functional, professional and other skills. The platform offers Beeline employees Coursera and LinkedIn courses and resources for free. CrossKnowledge is implemented throughout the Veon Group and this year was awarded Brandon Hall Excellence Award in the category "Introducing Teaching Technology in the Best Way."
Beeline actively uses modern digital platforms in its daily operations, including Lever.co for recruitment and Talmundo - for new staff induction. In July 2018, shortly after the launch of the platform, Beeline officially introduced Facebook Workplace to effectively run internal communications.
Apart from focusing on employees, Beeline is not forgetting about its customers either. Beeline introduced Medallia - the best tool for learning customers’ demand, behavior and habits, in 2018. Customer Satisfaction Survey starts from the very first day of joining the Beeline network, through a simple SMS survey. The conditions of the offered products and the experience of using them, as well as the quality of the service provided at the call centers and in the stores is evaluated. In the near future the survey will be also introduced in digital channels - webpage and the app.
