Build an AI-powered Fintech Start-up: Data Science Tbilisi Meetup

Hosted by DataFest Tbilisi, Data Science Tbilisi, and Fintech.ge, Data Science Tbilisi Meetup will take place later today, 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1. The cofounders of Optio.Ai, Shota Giorgobiani, and Giorgi Mirzikashvili will talk about the dos and not dos when building an AI-powered Fintech start-up.

The event aims to share Optio.Ai's experience of starting a fin-tech startup in Georgia and the problems, troubles, and joys that are to follow the process. During the meetup, the founders will share their experience; talking about the challenges of building fin-tech products that banks and other customers love and use. They will also touch upon the importance of networking in this particular industry.

In the company's own words, Optio.Ai is on a mission to move the global banking system into the 21st century through smart applications of artificial intelligence and data analytics. The company’s series of powerful, data-driven software products enable financial companies to precisely categorize their customers’ transactions and create conversational banking experiences that help people manage their finances.

The speakers are co-founders of Optio.Ai, but they are widely experienced, having worked for the two biggest Georgian banks, Ministry of Finance of Georgia, and more.


The working language is Georgian. Participants should expect the growth of their network in the Fintech industry.
