Discover Mountains of Ajara – New Promotional Video of Rural Tourism

"Discover the Mountains of Ajara" - this is the name of the new video prepared by the Ajara Tourism Department which aims to promote rural tourism in the region. The video features the mountains, nature, traditions, rural life, folklore and hospitality of Ajara, which are attractive to tourists at any time of the year, especially in Autumn.

The promotional video of rural tourism was prepared by the crew of the Paraleli Foundation under the order of the Tourism Department.

“In recent years, Ajara has been actively positioning itself as a year round tourist destination. Consequently, with this video, we have tried to depict the tourism products and opportunities that the mountainous Ajara offers in the direction of rural tourism, including the traditions, folklore, culinary, wine culture and well-known hospitality. Do not forget the beautiful colors you will find there at this time of the year. Through this new video, we call on everyone to travel to the mountains, in particular, to the breathtaking mountains of Ajara,” said Tamar Kaikatsishvili, First Deputy Chairman of Ajara Tourism Department.

This is the 9th promotional video prepared by the Ajara Tourism Department to promote tourism products and sights of the region since 2017, along with a series of videos produced within the framework of an advertising campaign aimed at promoting domestic tourism, in which famous Georgians urged travelers to holiday in Ajara. The videos are actively used in the target countries to raise awareness of the region and attract tourists.
