Georgian Real Estate Projects at Cannes Expo

Gallery Merani and investment company Atlas Georgia will be presented at International Retail Property Market Conference and ExpoMapic, an annual expo in Cannes which is seen as one of the most important industry events of the year. 

Georgia will represent with two projects: shopping gallery Merani, located on Rustaveli Avenue, and Metro City complex in Batumi by Atlas Georgia.

The Batumi project is an extremely innovative project in the Adjara region, as the multi-functional project combines a residential area, hotel, shopping mall, restaurants, entertainment centers and a casino. The project is scheduled to be completed by 2017.

The projects are presented by international commercial real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield | Veritas Brown.The company present two projects from Kazakhstan as well.

Mapic lasts for 3 days and brings about 8000 international participants in one location. This year sees an exceptional high number of presented projects.
