Protesters Trying to Padlock Gate of Govt' Administration Building

Opposition representatives and civil activists are holding a rally in front of the government administration building in Tbilisi. The demonstration started at 11:00. 

Demonstrators are trying to padlock the gate of the government administration building in order to express their protest and show that "the Agency is no longer functioning," however, law enforcers are not allowing them to do so. At the moment, there is tension and clashes between protesters and law enforcers on the spot.

Police are mobilized around the government administration and at the entrances to the building.
