Four Dead, Two Injured in Road Accident in Kobuleti

The tragic road accident in Kobuleti, a town in Ajara, western Georgia, has left four people, including a child, dead and two injured. The injured minor and the young man were taken to the Kobuleti hospital. Their health condition remains critical.

The road accident occurred on the Kobuleti-Ozurgeti road this afternoon when a truck and a vehicle collided with each other.

Law enforcers are working on the spot.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched an investigation under Article 276, Part 8 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving the violation of traffic safety rules or rules for operating transport, which resulted in the death of a person.
