Georgia Suspends Goods Traffic with Iran and Italy

The Georgian Land Transport Agency suspended goods traffic with Iran and Italy today.

The company names essential preventive measures against the new coronavirus as reasons for these restrictions.

According to the information published on the Agency's website, “Within the framework of preventive measures relating to the new coronavirus, the Land Transport Agency informs that the issuance of permits for international goods traffic has been suspended from February 28, 2020, as well as the validity of already issued permits in relation to the Islamic Republic of Iran and Italy.”
