Tbilisi Mayor: Socially Vulnerable Kids Will Receive Free Meals

Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze has set up a new initiative to help the socially vulnerable feed their kids during the shutdown of various facilities due to COVID-19. 

Different timetables have been devised to assist the families of children who go to state kindergartens. Below is the official announcement for the parents whose kids go to 162 kindergarten in Tbilisi. 

“In line with the Mayor’s new initiative, you will be able to receive food from March 19. We have compiled a timetable, which says that 5 days a week, every child will receive 12 kinds of non-perishable products once every two weeks. All parents' wishes will be taken into consideration. Please do respect all the rules and follow the established schedule.”
