160 Georgian Citizens that Returned from Paris Quarantined

160 passengers have been brought back to Georgia from Paris and were all taken to quarantine zones located in Sairme and Telavi.

“All Georgian citizens that have recently arrived from France have been isolated to prevent risks related to the coronavirus outbreak. They will be examined by our epidemiologists,” said the Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze.

Governments around the world have stepped up extensive government measures to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. The novel virus has killed nearly 7,994 persons with over 199,324 infected worldwide.
