Restrictions Imposed on Gathering of More than 10 People

As a part of the State of Emergency regime declared in Georgia today, March 21, restrictions have been imposed on the gathering of more than 10 people throughout the country, Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia announced at a special briefing.

Restrictions on the gathering of more than 10 people will also apply to the Church.

“A state of emergency will be declared across the country. Restrictions apply to everyone and everything and are primarily aimed at protecting the health of our citizens. The main aim of the Georgian Government is to take care of the health of our citizens regardless of their religious beliefs,” the PM said.
