10th Patient Recovers from COVID-19 in Georgia

Yet another patient infected with COVID-19 has recovered in Georgia, Marina Ezugbaia, Medical Director of Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, told reporters on Wednesday. 

She added that the patient has already been discharged from the hospital. 

“There are 73 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in Georgia. 42 of those 73 cases have been registered in our center. 10 out of 42 patients have recovered and been discharged from the hospital,” Ezugbaia noted. 

The total number of persons infected with coronavirus has increased to 73 in Georgia. 

4055 people are in quarantine and 252 are under examination in hospitals.

10 out of 73 people have recovered from COVID-19.
