Paata Imnadze: I Know a Lot of Things and I Will Tell

Deputy Head of the Georgian National Disease Control Center, Paata Imnadze, said live on national television that some forces are trying to pull him into politics against his will.

“I am not a politician and they are trying to get me involved in it. I don’t want to be. All of them need to leave me alone because I know a lot of things and I will tell. I know a lot of things about a lot of people. They are smart, right? So they need to leave me alone because they know I know a lot of things. They remember why they couldn’t touch me, right? That Andy Weber, the Assistant Secretary of Defense Ministry of America was my friend? They need to keep quiet or else I will start talking. I warn them to know their places and stay at home. That is what the country needs today,” said Imnadze on the air of the TV Pirveli channel.

Imnadze also said that the addressees know who he is talking about. He has also expressed his annoyance that many statements and questions are disturbing the work of the professionals.
