23 Recover from COVID-19 in Georgia

23 people have recovered from the new coronavirus in Georgia so far, the government-run special website stopcov.ge reports.

5783 people are in quarantine and 301 under examination in hospitals.

The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection has increased to 115.

Today, it was announced that Nikoloz Gamkrelidze, Head of the Supervisory Board at Evex and the son of Amiran Gamkrelidze, the Director of the National Center for Disease Control of Georgia, has also recovered from coronavirus, being among the 23 patients who have recovered from the illness in Georgia. 

After undergoing a 26-day course of treatment, he has already been discharged from the hospital.
