The Embassy of the United States in Georgia praises tireless work of brave media representatives in a challenging environment, working in areas being under lockdown for several days and weeks.

“Today we salute the brave journalists, photographers, and videographers who work tirelessly to deliver accurate and essential information to the public, with limited resources in a truly challenging environment. The greatest tool in our response to this crisis is information, and professional journalists work at great risk to themselves to ensure we get it. We are grateful for their service”, reads the information released by the Embassy.
