Kyiv Pechersk Lavra has Identified 26 New Cases of COVID-19

Twenty-six new instances of infection with coronavirus were identified in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, states the mayor of the Ukrainian capital Vitali Klitschko.

Klitschko said on Monday that the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra was inaccessible due to the outbreak of COVID-19. The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said on Tuesday that the number of sick in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra reached nearly 100 people.

According to the up-to-date statistics of the Ministry of Health in Kyiv, they have recorded 770 confirmed cases of infection. Cases in Ukraine are recorded at 5106 infections of COVID-19, 133 of which were fatal, while 275 patients have recuperated.
