Special Flight Brings Holy Fire to Tbilisi

The Holy Fire has been brought to Georgia. The special flight landed in Tbilisi before midnight.

Georgian Ambassador to the State of Israel Lasha Zhvania delivered Holy Fire to the representatives of the Georgian Church in Tel Aviv airport.

The special flight of ‘Georgian Airways’ that took the representatives of the Georgian Church to Israel also brought Georgian citizens back from Tel Aviv.

Holy Fire was then brought to Holy Trinity Cathedral in Tbilisi, where Easter liturgy is underway to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
