Number of Coronavirus Cases Increases by 15, 156 Recover
In the past 24 hours, the number of cases of coronavirus infection in Georgia has increased by 15, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 511, the government-run website stopcov.ge reports.
The number of patients who have recovered from the illness has also increased by 7, bringing the total number of recoveries to 156.
5107 people are being kept in a 14-day mandatory quarantine and 534 are under observation in hospitals.
To date, 511 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the country, while 156 patients have recovered and 6 have died.
Georgia reported its sixth coronavirus-related death on Sunday.
The above means that there are 349 active cases in Georgia, i.e. people who have been diagnosed with the virus and are currently being treated.
