Armenia’s Prime Minister Tests Positive for Coronavirus

The 45-year-old Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has announced that he is ill with coronavirus.

He made the corresponding statement in a video address on Facebook on June 1, also the date of his birthday. He said he believes he was infected during a meeting and added he has neither a fever nor other symptoms.

His family members have also tested positive for COVID-19.

Pashinyan will be working from home.
