Ambassador of Bulgaria to Hand Over Humanitarian Aid to MOH Georgia

Today, on June 3, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria in Georgia H.E. Mrs. Dessislava Ivanova, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria, and in line with the excellent bilateral relations between the Republic of Bulgaria and Georgia, will hand over humanitarian aid in kind to the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.

The aid consists of 400 protective clothing, 400 helmets and 400 goggles, as part of the contribution of the Republic of Bulgaria to the EU-wide initiative 'Team Europe' in support of partner countries from the Eastern Partnership in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic and its consequences and taking into account the needs of the Georgian side.
