Police Mobilized in Varketili District of Tbilisi

Police are mobilized at one of the residential buildings in Varketili district of Tbilisi. 

Reportedly, a man under the influence of alcohol is shooting from a flat.

No injuries are reported in the incident.

"Representatives of the law enforcement agencies are fully mobilized on the perimeter, the security of the population is protected, at this stage, we are trying to negotiate with the man. No one was injured and no one was shot. His family members, children and wife are safe. The man is locked on the first floor of the building alone," explained Vazha Siradze, Head of the Patrol Police Department.
