New Destination - Budapest to Enable Students To Fly to Europe at Bargain Prices

"A new destination has been established. This destination is Budapest. This will be implemented in the near future and it will enable our students to fly to Europe at bargain prices," Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia stated during the session of the government.

As the Prime Minister pointed out, ticket price will not exceed 199 euros. The head of the government noted that the program will continue in accordance with demand.

"The academic year is about to begin not only in Georgia but abroad as well. Many of our citizens study abroad through various programs. We have already carried out two flights to Germany, on 25 July and 11 August. However, demand has been steady and today we will make a decision with regard to this issue. A new destination has been established through the effective work carried out by the Youth Agency and the relevant ministries. This destination is Budapest. This will be implemented in the near future and it will enable our students to fly to Europe at bargain prices. These will not just be students studying in Budapest – this is [intended for students studying in] all of Europe and, of course, ticket price will not exceed 199 euros. This program will continue in accordance with demand," he stated.
