No More than 200 People to Be Allowed at Cultural, Sports Events

"From September 10, cultural and sports events with the participation of more than 200 people will be banned," Natia Mezvrishvili, the head of the government administration, stated after the meeting of the Interagency Coordination Council.

She noted that appropriate sanctions are being imposed for non-compliance with these regulations and society needs to show high civil responsibility.

She explained that the above regulation applies to both indoor and outdoor spaces. 

"Due to the epidemiological situation, it was decided to ban cultural and sports events with the participation of more than 200 people. The above decision applies to both indoor and outdoor areas. From tomorrow, cultural and sports events with the participation of more than 200 people will be banned," she stated.
