Coronavirus: Georgia Reports 453 New Cases, 295 Recoveries, 2 Deaths

453 new cases of coronavirus have been detected in Georgia in the last 24 hours and the total number of confirmed cases increased to 7093, government-run special website stopcov.ge reports. 

The number of recovered patients increased by 295 to reach 3714.

5392 citizens are in mandatory quarantine and 836 under observation in hospitals. 

1100 people are placed in COVID Hotels throughout the country. 

41 Georgian citizens have been transferred from abroad for treatment. 

Coronavirus has claimed the lives of two more patients in Georgia in the last 24 hours, and the death toll has increased to 43.

Currently, there are 3336 active cases in the country.
