Coronavirus: Georgia Records 1709 New Cases, 2075 Recoveries, 20 Deaths
As of October 29, 1709 new cases of coronavirus have been detected in Georgia, bringing the total number of infected people to 35567.
Of the newly detected cases, 445 were recorded in Tbilisi, 437 in Adjara, 388 in Imereti, 32 in Kvemo Kartli, 125 in Shida Kartli, 35 in Guria, 151 in Samegrelo and Zemo Svaneti, 40 in Kakheti, 12 in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, and 44 in Samtskhe-Javakheti.
The number of recovered patients has increased by 2075 to reach 16904.
3324 citizens are in mandatory quarantine and 4209 under examination in hospitals. 2346 people are placed at COVID hotels.
20 patients died of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 273.
As of October 29, there are 18390 active cases of coronavirus in the country.
