Minister of Economy Tests Positive for Coronavirus

The Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Natia Turnava, has tested positive for coronavirus. 

"Currently, the Minister is feeling well and will continue her treatment at home," the press service of the Ministry of Economy reports.

Turnava moved to self-isolation on November 2 due to contact with an infected person.

Yesterday, the Head of the Government Administration Natia Mezvrishvili and Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia tested positive for coronavirus.

Georgia's Minister of Education Mikheil Chkhenkeli is in self-isolation as his family member tested positive for coronavirus.
