Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture Tests Positive for Coronavirus

The Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture, Levan Davitashvili, has tested positive for coronavirus.

"The minister feels well, he is at home and continues to work remotely. All contacts of the minister have been identified and they have moved to self-isolation," the Ministry has announced. 

Georgia has reported 3120 new cases, 2358 recoveries and 33 deaths in the last 24 hours. 

At this stage, the number of active cases stands at 16887, most of whom are treated at home.
