Swiss Chocolate Producer Camille Bloch to Invest over $10 million in Georgia

Camille Bloch, the world’s one of the leading chocolate manufacturing companies, has entered the Georgian market, Enterprise Georgia Agency reports.

Camille Bloch plans to set up hazelnut plantations in Georgia on 650 hectares that will be used for the company's chocolates. 

The project’s investment value exceeds $10 million.

The first stage of the project will start in January 2021.

"Despite the existing challenges, we were able to introduce one of the largest international companies in Georgia. We are glad that the Swiss company has expressed confidence and after several years of cooperation, has decided to invest in Georgia,” said Mikheil Khidureli, the CEO of the agency Enterprise Georgia.
