Only a few days remain of the Qatar Airways Travel Festival is on for just a few more days, allowing travelers to take advantage of an extraordinary promotion offering huge discounts on flights, companion fares, group deals and special offers on car rentals and hotel rooms. So far thousands of people have already taken advantage of this offer to go places in 2016 and 150 people have won prizes to date.
A first-of-its-kind, the Travel Festival offers global travelers a huge choice of dream deals for going places in 2016; from sun-seekers to culture vultures and weekend-breakers to business-makers. The promotion not only offers superb deals on flights to locations around the world but also offers hundreds of prize draws and bonus Qmiles for Privilege Club members.
Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Dr. Hugh Dunleavy, said: “Traditionally a time for New Year resolutions and looking ahead, January sees many people setting their sights on travelling abroad. Qatar Airways Travel Festival supports this vision by helping people go places, both new and familiar, near and far. With our Travel Festival everyone can start 2016 with a chance to explore and embrace new countries and cultures with the world’s best airline.”
Passengers can simply look online at qatarairways.com/ge or through Qatar Airways sales agents, to search for the best deals. The Travel Festival is only live until 17 January 2016 so anyone looking to make the most of these offers must act soon. Travelers can choose from more than 150 destinations globally with travel valid between 19 January and 15 December 2016.
The Travel Festival is a continuation of Qatar Airways new global brand positioning, unveiled last month, encapsulated in the engaging tag line: ‘Going Places Together.’ Just like this current promotion, it puts passengers at the heart of the airline’s service and inspires customers to reach higher, go further and achieve more through travel.
There are great value fares between destinations such as Maldives, Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, Dubai and Beijing, with prices designed not just to inspire wanderlust, but to make it possible, too. There are hundreds of prizes still to be given away over the remaining days whilst some winners have already taken to social media using #TravelFestival to celebrate their wins.
Passengers booking during the promotion have the chance to be automatically entered in a huge prize draw. Prizes include seven million Qmiles, complimentary flights, upgrades, hotel packages, discount shopping vouchers to spend in all Qatar Duty Free boutiques, and car rental discounts. With the addition of triple Privilege Club Qmiles for bookings made during the promotion, everybody is a winner in the Qatar Airways Travel Festival.*
