Young Entrepreneur Receives Offer from Prime Minister

TBILISI – Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili has offered a 20 year-old entrepreneur, Nemo Jalaghonia, the opportunity to commercialize his business, Kvirikashvili said during his visit to Tbilisi’s Technology Park.

Funded by the government’s Produce in Georgia program, Jalaghonia bought tree cutting and processing machines to produce wooden frames as well as smartphone and tablet holders. He later plans to engrave his products once sales increase.

The Economy and Sustainable Development Ministry’s Produce in Georgia program promotes developing the country’s entrepreneurship and trade.

Tbilisi’s Technology Park aims to promote scientific research and innovation.
