Georgian-Azeri Company to Produce TVs for Local Markets

TBILISI - Georgian-Azeri company AG Telekom announced Tuesday that the joint venture will begin producing low cost televisions for the domestic market in April, Azeri News reported.

The company’s director, Mikheil Ghlonti, announced the televisions will vary in price from $180-$280, far lower than imported models.

AG Telekom was established in Georgia’s southern industrial city Rustavi in 2013. The company currently produces various television accessories.
