Sergeenko Denies Disease Risk

The Georgian Minister of Health, Davit Sergeenko has once again reassured citizens that there is absolutely no threat of infectious disease outbursts in the city. “The risk of being infected by the bodies of dead animals that remain buried in debris is minimal. However, working in mud for a long time could lead to contracting tetanus. We have instructed the volunteers, and all of them were vaccinated,” stated Sergeenko.
