At the beginning Colliers International provided the development service for the Arakishvili Residence; now we are also providing marketing and sales of apartments. Arakishvili Residence is a very interesting project by architectural value and design. The building completely suits the infrastructure of the city and its location makes it a more interesting place to live. Colliers International is not alone in implementing this project as one of the leading banks, Bank of Georgia, is also a partner of the project. To be more precise, the project is being financed by the Bank of Georgia.
