The new complex will house Tbilisi’s University of Business and Technologies, an IT Academy, as well as laboratory and research centers in one space.

"This is a groundbreaking project, and we are pleased that this is the government’s first investment into the high-tech field. We have specific initiatives to develop the hi-tech and innovative spheres,” Kvirikashvili said at the opening ceremonies.

“We are more than pleased to see the development of the complex become a reality. It is critical that newly developed infrastructure such as this, will foster innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit in the country," Kvirikashvili added.
