Internationally Renowned Expert Thomas Kolster Gives Lecture in Tbilisi

TBILISI - Internationally renowned expert in communications, marketing and social responsibility, Thomas Kolster, is to give a public lecture in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi on November 25.

The lecture on the theme ‘The new paradigm of marketing opportunities and social responsibility’ will take place at Fabrika, 8 Egnate Ninoshvili Str, from 10.30am to 1pm.

The top issues of the lecture are:

  • Challenges of communication

The event is organized by the ‘Center for Strategic Research and Development Center’ and Pontis (Slovakia).

Thomas Kolster is the author of the book ‘Goodvertising’ (Thames & Hudson 2012), which highlights how advertising can create value for brand and the bottom line, and people and the planet. It’s the most comprehensive book to date exploring communication for the good. As Director ofthe Goodvertising Agency, Kolster aims to help companies, non-profits and agencies understand this new reality. 

Thomas is also the founder of WhereGoodGrows - the world’s first best-practice collaborative platform that aims to share sustainable communication solutions to accelerate knowledge and ultimately do greater good for people, the planet and business.

Thomas is an experienced keynote speaker and his belief is that the communication industry has a pivotal role to play in promoting a more sustainable mindset and behavior, and that by making advertising better, we can “make the world better.”

The Huffington Post recently dubbed him an “Inspirational Leader”. Thomas has also been invited to judge several international communication award shows such as the D&AD, Creative Circle Award, Creative Conscious Award and EthicMark Award.
