New Business Association Center Opens in Tbilisi
TBILISI – A new business association center was opened in Tbilisi on December 8. The center is of European standards and it is equipped with modern infrastructure.
Georgia’s Prime Minister, Giorgi Kvirikashvili participated in the opening ceremony and expressed hope that the center would lay the foundation for interesting ideas that would bring additional investments to Georgia and contribute to the country's rapid development.
“This facility is comfortable and I hope that many important decisions for our country will be made here, consequently creating new workplaces and triggering new investment projects,” Kvirikashvili stated while delivering his speech.
The PM also noted that important innovations were expected in the near future due to the government’s economic policy and ongoing negotiations.
“New, large-scale projects expected in the future will totally change the country to the better and bring economic development,” he said.
The Business Association of Georgia was established in 2009 to put together almost 70 leading Georgian companies. The new modern business center occupies 9,105 square meters and includes office and commercial spaces.
