Best Western Hotel to Open in Kutaisi

With financial assistance from the Partnership Fund, Capitol Kutaisi Hotel has finished construction of the first Best Western Hotel in Kutaisi.

Best Western is the first brand hotel in the Imereti region, located in the historic center of the city and boasts 40 standard and five luxe rooms, three conference halls, and indoor and outdoor cafés and restaurants.

The hotel will start to operate from spring of this year.

The budget for the project is 3 million USD, 1.4 million of which was invested by the Partnership Fund.

Best Western International is one of the biggest international hotel chains in the world, uniting more then 4000 hotels in over 100 countries.

Spanish T3 Hospitality Management, a company with 20 years’ experience and a portfolio of 22 projects around the world working with some of the big names in the hotel industry, is to run the management of the new hotel in Kutaisi.
