Exclusive Development Project - Gergeti Rise Residence
The Gergeti Rise Residency Project is located on the slope of Mtatsminda in historic ancient Tbilisi, with amazing views over the 1600-year-old capital. It is only a 3-5 minute walk to the funicular station, St. David’s Monastery, House of Parliament, Rustaveli Theatre and Freedom Square.
The project is being carried out by Cradle of Development Ltd. Its managing partner Nika Tsiklauri said that the he wanted to create a precedent for an international management company operating a residential complex in Georgia, and that the Ginza Project had been selected. The Ginza Project owns and operates several hundred restaurants and boutique residential complexes in London, Moscow, New York, St. Petersburg, and Los Angeles, and will manage the residential complex of Gergeti Rise Residences in Tbilisi. “The project with its characteristics can compete with any high-class analogue in any part of the world,” he said.
The complex is completely surrounded by pine trees and a recreation zone with no traffic. All apartments boast stunning views from their huge, fully-equipped garden terraces. The project calls for creating an ecologically clean environment and special micro climate. The residence comprises five residential floors and 20 luxury apartments, and includes a 12-meter-high atrium in the lobby with a natural rock wall.
The residence will be built with Western-European-quality construction materials, including sliding aluminum profiles with energy efficient glass, centralized heating and conditioning systems, and two panoramic elevators. There will also be a two-story underground parking space with a car wash.
The complex will have an outdoor Jacuzzi and a swimming pool with elements of a spa, a sauna, a library and a business center, along with a private cinema and media center and kid's club, wine cellar, conference hall, gym and a contemporary landscape design around the complex, including a playground for kids. There will also be 24-hour service of concierge and security service, also a doorman, valet, gardener, baby sitter and other services.
Cradle of Development together with Ginza Project Holding plans to implement several other large scale projects in the hospitality industry all over Georgia.
The construction of the Project has been started and scheduled for completion in autumn 2018.
