Green Adjara - New Tourism Video Promotes Region's Mountains and Landscape

'Green Adjara' is a new promotional video shot by the Department of Tourism of Adjara. The clip is a continuation of the PR campaign to promote tourism within the region. 

The Department of Tourism aims at promoting not only the coast, but also other areas of the region, including parks, protected areas and mountainous areas in Adjara, aimed at luring tourists to the area. 

"The video not only aims to attract Georgians, but also another 16 target countries. The campain reflects Adjara's cost, mountains and national parks. We have also increased the number of billboards advertising the region. This is the first tourism video which includes the Adjara mountanous landscape. Beforehand, this area was only shown via photos. We have already gained interest from various media outlets and are finalizing contracts with them. The video will be targeted at 16 different countries, with each one varying slightly to reflect the target audience. At this stage 4 video clips have been filmed, which are set to be released shortly within Georgia and other countries." explains Sulkhan Glonti, Chairman of Tourism of Department of Adjara.

The video has been made to increase tourism within the mountainous region of Adjara by the company LOOK PRODUCTION and the Department of Tourism of Adjara. Since April 2017, the Adjara Tourism Department has carried out various types of advertising methos for the promotion of the area within 16 countries around the world.
