Alt Convention, a three-day business, finance, and technology conference focusing on Blockchain innovation will be held from October 8-10, 2015, in the beautiful resort city of Batumi, Georgia. An international array of over 400 entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors have confirmed attendance.

A primary theme will be the development of technological education, training, and employment opportunities in Eastern Europe. The organizers of the event have confirmed attendance from official delegates of Singapore, Isle of Man, Liberland, and Ukraine, along with representatives of the Ukraine National Securities and Stock Market Commission and Board of National Depository of Ukraine. Invitations have been extended to other regional government, finance, and banking representatives, including Georgia. At this time, the organizers of the event do not have any confirmation of attendance or representation of the Georgian government, banking, or education system.

“We chose Georgia as the location for Alt Convention because of the current business climate and geographical proximity to Europe, Middle East, and Asia. We feel there is tremendous opportunity for technological education and employment growth here. We truly hope representatives of Georgia will attend to help us explore investment and growth opportunities in Georgia,” stated David Ruebush, CEO of Alt Convention.

Geared toward business owners, innovators, entrepreneurs, developers, government officials, venture capitalists, and anyone else with an interest in new financial technologies, the event will feature hands-on workshops, keynote speakers, round-table discussions, expert panels, an exhibit hall, networking events, and a technology job fair. Legal, financial, and technical professionals and university students may also qualify for Digital Currency Council certification and continuing education (CE) credits.

Updates and further information will be posted on the AltConvention.com website. For media and partnership inquiries, please contact David Ruebush at info@altconvention.com or +995 555 23 70 16 or visit http://altconvention.com/contact-us/.
