New Terminal Opens at Tbilisi International Airport

A new arrivals terminal will open at Tbilisi International Airport today. The official opening ceremony is to be attended by Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili, TAV Holding President Sani Senar, Ahmet Arslan, Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communication of Turkey, Giorgi Gakharia, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. 

With an investment of $33 million from TAV Georgia, the new terminal for arriving flights is said to be being built on 12 000 sq. metres, having a new two-exit boarding bridge, five new plane parking lots, 150 metres luggage carrier, and a new parking for 250 cars.
