Austrian and German Helicopters to Fly to Winter Resorts in Georgia

Austrian Wucher Helicopter Gmbh and German HTM Helicopter Travel Munich GmbH will be operating flights to the winter resorts of Georgia during the winter season, serving the Heli –Skiing tours offered to groups of skiers and snowboarders, the Austrian Wucher Helikopter Gmbh started flights on January 15 to April 15 to Gudauri and Mestia, with three AS 350 B3 Ecureuil type helicopters, while HTM Helicopter Travel Munich GmbH will be operating flights for Heli-Ski tours to Gudauri with AS 350 B3E helicopters, The permits for flights to the companies were issued by the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency, the flights are to be operated only in appropriate weather conditions in accordance to Visual Flight Rules (VFR), as the information from the Georgian Civil Aviation Agency reads.
