2 Patients Injured in Explosion at Dejavuu Club in Stable Condition
The condition of one of the patients injured in the explosion at the Dejavu Club near the Tbilisi Concert Hall, who was taken to Aladashvili Clinic, is stable.
The patient has multiple burns, in addition to acute respiratory failure and pulmonary edema.
"The patient has burns on his face and chest, limbs. He has wounds on his hands, arm, neck and face. There is traumatic shock, acute respiratory failure and pulmonary edema.
"He underwent standard examinations, including computed tomography," doctors claim.
Another patient injured in the same incident is also in a stable condition. The young man underwent surgery and is expected to be discharged from the Khechinashvili Clinic soon.
The explosion near the at the Dejavu Birthday Club Tbilisi Concert Hall on September 4 killed one and left 3 others injured.
Based on the preliminary reports, rehabilitation works were underway at Dejavu when an oxygen tank blew up.
Reportedly, 2 workers and 1 Dejavuu employee are injured, and the deceased is presumed to have been a worker.
One of the injured has already been discharged from the clinic.
